Complex Rehabilitation Cases

Case Study: Full-Mouth Rehabilitation — Restoring Function and Confidence

A referring dental practice approached Rodler Dentlab with a challenging full-mouth rehabilitation case involving a patient with severely worn dentition, compromised vertical dimension, and multiple missing posterior teeth. The patient required a comprehensive restorative solution that would restore both function and aesthetics while ensuring long-term stability.

Our team collaborated closely with the referring clinician to develop a precise treatment plan. Using advanced CAD/CAM technology and detailed diagnostic wax-ups, we crafted a full series of zirconia crowns and bridges across both arches, carefully calibrated to restore the correct occlusal vertical dimension. Each restoration was individually characterised to achieve a natural, lifelike appearance that complemented the patient’s facial profile.

The completed case delivered exceptional results — restoring full chewing function, eliminating discomfort, and giving the patient renewed confidence in their smile. The referring practice reported outstanding fit accuracy on delivery, requiring minimal chairside adjustments.

This case reflects Rodler Dentlab’s commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and collaborative care — delivering restorations that truly transform patients’ lives.
